I am a busy mum to a beautiful little girl. I was working part-time as a Geophysicist after I had my little one but after 2 years of doing that, I decided I wanted to follow my passion.
In 2016, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and was doing classes and PT part-time around my full-time job until I had my little one. After that, I had stopped the classes and didn’t take on any clients as I was far too busy with a new baby and going back to my office job part-time.
However, I have decided I love being a PT and being able to help others either start on their fitness journey or adapt the journey they are currently on. Alongside this, I feel like I have so much advice I can offer mums to be and new mums having been through the journey myself, still travelling and learning, and having no one to ask for advice. So I hope this website helps other mums out their to stay fit, healthy and happy in their own parent experience.
