Prenatal Exercise

It is a common mis-conception that you shouldn’t exercise when pregnant. Many people have concerns such as harming the baby, fear of miscarrage, feeling sick and fatigued etc. With more research being done, it is being found that exercise during pregnancy has a number of benefits.
